ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN., J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2. Issuance of notice to third respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner has been prohibited from practising. Seeking revocation of the said order, the petitioner gave a petition on 09.03.2024. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the same. We do not express any opinion on the merits of the matter. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned revocation petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
