(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.10 (a) imposed in the anticipatory bail order dated 10.09.2020 in Crl.OP.No.11879 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner does not have properties worth about Rs,25,00,000/- and therefore the petitioner filed a petition for modification of condition.

3. Considering the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No.10(a) imposed in the order dated 10.09.2020 in Crl.OP.No.11879 of 2020 is modified, to the effect that, the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed to the market value of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) either belonging to him/or his relatives or friends to the credit of Cr.No.10 of 2020. Time for complying the said condition is extended for a further period of two weeks from today.
