2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.14068 of 2022 is set aside and the Crl.O.P.No.14068 of 2022 is restored.

3. Post the main petition in Crl.O.P.No.14068 of 2022 on 05.08.2022.
