Writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorari to call for the records leading to the passing of the impugned show Cause Notice-Cum-order-Cum-recovery proceedings bearing NO.5777/Aa1/2015 order bearing Nos.8918/A1/2015 dated 24.8.2015 and 5777/Aa1/2015 dated 8.5.2015 and 29.8.2015 respectively passed by the first respondent and to quash the same. For Petitioner :Mr.K.Bijai Sundar, in both the writ petitions.

For Respondents :Mr.Dig Vijaya Pandian, Addl. Govt. Pleader, in both the writ petitions.

COMMON ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the writ petitions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the WPs.
