ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.22 of 2017 registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 168, 415 r/w 420 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.29420 of 2017 and this Court has also granted Stay of all further proceedings by order dated 09.01.2018.
