ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2023 issued to remove the obstruction.

2. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. Since no adverse order has been passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 2/4

submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to consider her representation dated 25.04.2023, however, the said representation was disposed as early as on 11.05.2023. Hence, he submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, this Writ Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs.
