This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner / appellant to report before the learned XIV Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai, at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3653 of 2024 dated 18.03.2024, pending on the file of this Court.

2. Mr.K.Srinivasan, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioner is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court once in four months, till the disposal of the appeal.
