When the matter is taken up for the hearing, Ms.D.Jeevitha, learned counsel representing Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that the issue involved herein is settled out of Court and the petitioner received the entire amount and as such no further adjudication is required in the present Civil Revision Petition. The said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.
