ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 7, 7(a), 4(1-A) of TNP Act r/w Sections 6, 11 RS Rules 2000 (Transporting) in crime No.433 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and as such, detention order has been passed against him on 03.07.2022.
