ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to lay charge sheet and to file the final report under Section 173(2) CrPC pending investigation in Crime No.9 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation in the FIR and the fact that the FIR is only recent, no positive direction can be issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the second respondent-Police is directed to conduct the investigation expeditiously in accordance with law or close the case under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
