This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3080 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.686 of 2022 on 10.03.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer on the 1st & 15th of every English Calender month until further orders instead of every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
