ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the conditions mentioned in order copy in Crl.OP.5864/2020 on the file of this Court on 13.03.2020 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5864 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 on certain conditions. He would further submit that due to pandemic situation and lock down he was unable to come donw and collect the order copy and when the same was received by the petitioner the time for compliance has been expressed. Therefore, seeks further time to comply the conditions.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to comply the conditions made in Crl.O.P.No.5864 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
