ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the complaint given by Mr.Thayalu, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submits that despite several instructions and intimations to the respondent police, the second respondent has not given him any instructions.

4. In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent for interrogation and enquiry.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
