ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu namely petitioner's daughter M.Prathiksha, daughter of Mohan, aged about 19 years before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was secured and the petitioner has withdrawn the complaint itself. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this habeas corpus petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
