Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated on 17.08.2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Walajah Police Station, Vellore District, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen from the complaint that the petitioner has not even disclosed the nature of the vehicle which she has lost. Therefore, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted.
4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
