ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Jayaprakash, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and with the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to consider the representation dated 23.09.2015, relating to granting of Patta in respect of an immovable property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner, in the Affidavit, filed in support of the writ petition, admitted that he has preferred a Second Appeal in S.A.Nos. 1240 and 1241 of 2010 and the same are pending before this Court. The effect of the pending civil proceedings on the petitioner's request is not evident. The petitioner's case is that the name of the 4th respondent has been wrongly included in the Patta in respect of S.No. 16/3. Therefore, at this juncture a direction cannot be issued to the authorities to take action in the matter when civil proceedings are pending. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
