O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed aggrieved by the condition imposed by the Court below while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required during the course of investigation.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above modification.
