This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the Order dated May 08, 2023 made in D.V.C.No. 10 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai. 2.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.I.Arockia Selvaraj, learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file.
