..Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditional order passed in Crl.OP.No.13336 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 in Para 5(d) and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditional order passed in Crl.OP.No.13336 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 in Para 5(d) and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is now working at Tambaram. In order to comply the condition of this Court the petitioner is unable to attend office and is suffering to lead his day to day life. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition in para 5(d) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No. 13336 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed in para 5 (d) on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 13336 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
