This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondent to file a Charge sheet in Crime No.44 of 2019 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

The respondent police is directed to follow the guidelines given by this Court in the case of [Manohari Vs. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai and another] reported in 2018 2 Law Weekly Crl. 522 and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
