This application has been filed to extend the time to permit the petitioner to execute the security bond for the sum of Rs.25,000/- in the name of Assistant Registrar, (Original Side) of this Court in pursuant to the order dated 23.01.2024 made in O.P.No.460 of 2014.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.2317 of 2025 in O.P.No.460 of 2014 is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to execute the security bond on or before 18.07.2025.
