Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No. 390 of 2013 pending before the learned Additional District Munsif, Villupuram, the same was disposed of by the Court below. Therefore, the relief sought for in this Revision has now become infructuous

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
