Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court for disobeying the order dated 28.11.2013 made in W.P.No.21822 of 2012 and M.P.No.2 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated

28.11.2013 made in W.P.No.21822 of 2012 has been complied with by the respondents. The learned Additional Advocate General produced copy of G.O.Ms.No.411 (Home Pol.VIII) Department, dated 08.08.2019 to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
