This petition has been filed seeking suitable directions to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that no criminal case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent police. 4.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that since no criminal case is pending against the petitioner, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
