(CR.NO.347/2016) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed order Crl.M.P.No.6146/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.27251/2019 dated 20.11.2020 to secure ends of justice and thus render justice and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.RAMESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.E.RAJ THILAK, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The condition imposed is modified, directing the petitioner to attend every hearing date in S.C.No.93 of 2017, now pending on the file of Additional Sessions Court, Namakkal and also on the first Monday of every month before the said Court.
