This application is filed to extend the time for conclusion of the arbitral proceedings between the applicant and respondent. The applicant states that arguments in the arbitral proceedings were concluded on 27.11.2021, but that the time limit prescribed under Section 29A expires on or about 31.12.2021. The present application for extension is filed under these facts and circumstances.

2.The respondent is represented though counsel and has no objection to this application being allowed.

3.Accordingly, keeping in mind the current stage of the arbitral proceedings, A.No.4861 of 2021 is allowed by extending the time for conclusion of the arbitral proceedings by pronouncing an award in respect thereof by a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
