ORDER

The respondent, despite service of notice to the transfer civil miscellaneous petition, has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel; I proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner is the wife who has been arrayed as a respondent in HMOP.NO. 124/2023 before the Principal Subordinate Court, Villupuram. The petitioner is the resident of Chennai, and she is also required in Chennai to take care of her one-and-a-half-year-old child. The petitioner expresses genuine inconvenience in travelling on the way from Chennai to Villupuram to attend the proceedings initiated by the respondent/husband. 3.I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner for seeking transfer.

4.In fine, the transfer CMP is allowed. The HMOP.NO. 124/2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Villupuram and

transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. No costs.
