O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the first respondent-Police to investigate and file a final report in connection with Crime No.54 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court vide order dated 02.06.2025 suo motu impleaded the second respondent in this case and also directed the newly impleaded second respondent to appear before this Court.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the newly impleaded second respondent appeared in person. She is directed to

complete the preliminary enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit a report either before the Judicial Magistrate concerned or the respondent-Police as the case may be. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2024 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
