The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the respondents contended that the pensionary benefits are to be extended to the writ petitioner and the same was paid. However, grievances with regard to scale of pay is yet to be solved. In this regard, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner stated that it is suffice if a direction is issued to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 24.08.2016.

2. In this view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 24.08.2016 and passed orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
