Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in Ni.Mu.17781/2013/L1 dated 30.06.2017 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and further direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner as requested by him and also as recommended by the then Tahsildar, Namakkal vide his report dated 09.10.2010.
