Prayer : First Appeal is filed under Section 96 read with Order 41 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, against the Judgment and Decree dated 14.03.2014 passed in O.S.No.82 of 2013, on the file of learned Second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupur.

J U D G M E N T

The above 1st appeal arises against a partition suit filed by the respondents herein. The suit O.S.No.82 of 2013 filed by the respondents on the file of the II Additional District and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Judge, Tirupur, was decreed, granting the plaintiffs 1/6th share each in the suit property. The parties have now compromised the dispute in and by which the plaintiffs Lakshmi and Balamani, the respondents herein have received a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) each and in consideration thereof have released their share in favour of the petitioners/appellants.

2. All the parties were present before this court and they have also stated that they have signed a Memorandum of Compromise fully comprehending the same. The Memorandum of Compromise is taken on file and the appeal is disposed of on the terms of the Compromise. The Compromise memo shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
