This Application has been filed for the following reliefs: (i) To amend the cause title in the second respondent's title in O.A.No.396 of 2023 with Mr.Rahul Dattatraya Sultane, Major, R/a.Yashroup, 40/248, Sudarshan Nagar, Chinchward, Pune - 411 033, instead of Mr.Rajesh Dattatraya Sultane, Major, R/a.Yashroup, 40/248, Sudarshan Nagar, Chinchward, Pune - 411 033 and (ii) To modify the cause title of the decreetal order copy dated 28.04.2023 in O.A.No.396 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no serious objection to this application being allowed.

4. Considering the fact that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are satisfying and there is no objection from the side of the respondents for allowing this application, this Application is ordered as prayed for.
