Alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.01.2014 passed in Crl.O.P.No.32109 of 2013, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order dated 03.01.2014 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32109 of 2013 has been complied with, inasmuch as the police have completed the investigation in Crime No.414 of 2011 and have filed a charge sheet in S.C.No.127 of 2014 in the Court of the Principal Sub Judge, Ponneri.
