ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a FIR against the complaint dated 16.10.2014 made by the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record. 3.When the matter was called on 08.04.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today (10.04.2015) finally. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.1337 of 2014 before the respondent and the matter is purely civil in nature.

5.Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
