Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.02.2015 and proceed in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the petition enquiry conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.02.2015 and across the Bar, a closure report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is recorded.

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
