ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.NO.7671 of 2020 order dated 24.06.2020 which requires him to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders the petitioner may be directed to report before the respondent police as and when require.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He would further submit that the petitioner is aged about 65 years and a senior citizen, it is difficult for the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7671 of 2020 dated 24.06.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
