2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.06.2023, this court was given to understand from the face of the petition that it is filed for grant of bail and on that premises, an order was passed granting bail to the petitioners, whereas, it is seen that it is filed seeking anticipatory bail, however, giving a wrong impression as if it is filed for grant of bail.

3. It is also seen that the petitioner has got two previous cases of similar nature. In the circumstances, this court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail and thereby, this court hereby recalls the order passed by this court on 08.06.2023.

4. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
