This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order of conviction and sentence dated 04.01.2025 passed by the learned Session Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 25 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
