ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for direction, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 29.3.2019 sent by the petitioner and place the petitioner above the 3rd respondent in the panel of Superintendent for promotion to Bursar.

2.Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner representation dated 29.3.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
