This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.04.2013 made in W.P.No.7720 of 2011.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that, the order under contempt was complied with vide proceedings of the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City in R.C.No.N2/42925/2011, dated 21.06.2016, and that, the Petitioner was promoted as Special Sub Inspector of Police and all the terminal benefits due to him were disbursed. He also submitted that, the Petitioner died on 31.10.2017. Page No.2 of 3

Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner to agitate the issue, if they have any grievance.
