Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to promote the petitioner to the post of Professor of Pharmacology and place her in the Pay Band IV in terms of GO.Ms.No.66 Health and Family Welfare (A-1) Department dated 19.02.2016 with retrospective effect from the year 2013 when she became eligible for promotion to the post of Professor of Pharmacolgy in the available vacancy at the Government Medical College, Omandurar Government Estate.
