ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.41 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the FIR has been altered to an offence under Section 306 of IPC and the investigation is pending. In view of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same, there is no requirement to transfer the investigation at this stage.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
