This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent dated 31.05.2010 by which the petitioner was placed under suspension.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequently, the suspension against the petitioner was revoked by order of the respondent dated 21.6.2010. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as infrucutous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
