Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to extend the time for complying conditions which was imposed by this Court order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11183 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020 for a period of two weeks.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the Court in purusuance with order in Crl.O.P.No.11183 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11183 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020 with some conditions. However, due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
