Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure the land comprised in A.Na.Sa.No.166/11, Porpadakurichi Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District by fixing the boundaries and effect sub-division and thereafter, to issue a separate patta in

the petitioner's name on the basis of such sub-division, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2020. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act on the representation made by the petitioner dated 05.10.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and to fix the boundaries and to effect sub division in order to enable the issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 06.11.2020 at 10.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the process strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
