Application No.128 of 2014 has been filed by the applicants, seeking a direction to the respondent to furnish security for the applicants' monetary claim of Rs.18,75,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs and Seventy Five Thousand Only) and Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for contempt of Court in deliberately and wantonly disobeying the order dated 12.06.2013 passed by this Court in O.A.No.291 of 2013.

2. Today, when these matters were called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners submitted through video conferencing that award has already been passed and hence, this application has become infructuous.

3. In such view of the matter, no further orders is required to be passed in these matters and hence, both application and contempt petition are closed.
