This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the F.I.R in the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 29.01.2019 in the light of judgment passed by the Apex Court reported in 2013 6 CTC Page 353.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
