The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Mandamus forbearing the respondents from measuring and surveying the lands in S.No.110, Poonthottam Village, Villupuram District, pursuant to the notice dated 25.11.2013 or by any future notice. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions, submitted that the notice dated 25.11.2013 was not acted upon.

3.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication herein. Hence, recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
