ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection to implement the common orders of this Court passed in W.P.No. 8155 of 2018, 11776 of 2018 and 9003 of 2018 dated 16.07.2018 for convening the school committee meeting at Kalaivani Aided Elementary School, Gudiyatham.

On perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner seeks direction to the respondent to provide police protection to convene the school committee meeting at Kalaivani Aided Elementary School, Gudiyatham as per the orders of this Court. Now, almost one year has been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
