Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender before State Inspector of Police, CSCID Police Station, Coimbatore and to complying the conditions imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.8334 of 2021 dated 07/06/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHILVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 07.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
